We're the Lighthouse Project and we're on a mission to ensure people of all ages, genders, races and walks of life feel safe & can enjoy their time in our venues.
Our platform is in place to give you a secure and anonymous space to report anything that makes you uncomfortable when spending time with us. We also have a live chat feature where you can get in touch with a member of staff whenever you need to.
What is harassment/sexual harassment?
Physical: Inappropriate/unwanted touching of a person or clothing, kissing, hugging, patting, grabbing, stroking or rubbing.
Verbal: Remarks about a persons sexual orientation, clothing or body. Requesting sexual favours or excessive and unwelcome flirting. Coercion of sexual activity by threat.
Nonverbal: Whistling or staring in a sexually suggestive/offensive manner. Frequently following or standing too close to somebody.
